I am omnipartial: I am biased in favor of the success of everyone and the whole.
I believe that it is possible to improve systems of communication and interaction in ways that will allow humanity to thrive and evolve through our complexity and diversity.

My individual purpose in life is to support an omnipartial revolution by helping the world understand the fractal nature of conflict and realize that conflict can be transformed into a positive and inspiring experience. We are all in this together and I firmly believe that we can do this complex dance through life with much more grace and beauty. I am specifically committed to transforming how we work together in teams and organizations and how we experience conflict and collaboration in our democracy.

Educator & catalyst for change

I am a conflict transformation educator and a catalyst for cultural change. I've been dedicated to this work for my whole life, and have nearly 20 years of training and professional experience.

I draw upon a blend of conflict transformation, integral and complex systems theories to bring various facilitation techniques into practical and inspiring action. I support individuals, companies, communities and organizations to transform their own conflicts into generative systems of growth and change.

Around the world

I've worked primarily in Spanish and English speaking countries in North and South America in diverse contexts ranging from rural Paraguay and Colombia to cities of Seattle, Washington, DC, Cuenca and Buenos Aires. I currently work in the San Francisco Bay Area and work virtually with teams spread across the planet. I believe that conflict naturally arises from the diversity of cultures, experiences and perspectives that we bring to our personal and professional lives. It is up to us whether the experience is positive or destructive. Conflict is always an opportunity, because it means that we have discovered a line straight into someone's heart.
